Imaginative design, disciplined by extensive experience and a deep understanding of construction and fiscal realities as well as the socio-cultural setting, forms the essence of our firm’s philosophy and approach.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. In-depth analysis of the client’s requirements, carefully established and reviewed with the client and other stakeholders, resulting in overall solutions which meet their particular needs and requirements within the context of quality and cost and in compliance with local laws and regulations. The eventual solutions are both appropriate and affordable for the specific assignment. The firm has experienced professionals and associates with diverse skills and exposure that blend in a well-coordinated manner to provide services that meet client expectations. Spatial Dimension has professionals who have acquired extensive and varied experience over the years by working and training with various local and international institutions and organizations. The team is also highly experienced in dealing with various funding agencies including government, bilateral or multi-donor institutions such as the World Bank. Depending on the scale and nature of the project, Spatial Dimension is also capable of drawing on outside professionals.
